Team Streater Returns to the Bay Area and Visits Children and Families at Ronald McDonald House at Stanford (Again!)
Rod appeared at the Ronald McDonald House at Stanford on Monday, November 14 to promote RMHS Celebri-Tree Auction and specifically the San Francisco 49ers Celebri-Tree. In addition to promoting the Celebri-Tree Auction and bringing autographed red and gold ornaments for all, he visited the children on behalf of his “Team Streater” program and personally gave each child one of his Team Streater t-shirts. Offering words of “Hope and Courage” always makes a Team Streater event very special.
This isn’t the first time Rod has partnered with the Ronald McDonald House at Stanford. He hosted RMHS children and their families at the San Francisco Zoo as part of his “Where’s Streater? Catch Him Here There and Everywhere!” program in 2014. At the time, RMHS had just broken ground for the house. Nearly two and half years later, it was a thrill for Rod to see the new House and everything that it has to offer. Congratulations Ronald McDonald House at Stanford.
